Quinta De Pancas - 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon (Estremadura) North of Lisbon
Beautifully balanced, smooth and fruity, with hints of cinnamon spice, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon. Complex, fine red and black fruit aromas (cassis and wild roses). On the palate an elegant, classy Cabernet with multi-layered fruit, good structure and firm tannins.

This wine has rich, deep concentrated red color. The palate is rich with chocolaty fruit, and subtle, complex, toasty oak. Tannins are firm and its finish is long and persistent.

Touriz - 2003 (Estremadura) North of Lisbon
This wine presents itself strong and powerful in the aromas (cherries, plums, blackcurrant) but, very well balanced and complete. In the palate it presents itself a very concentrated and complex, with ripe fruits notes. The result of the long ageing in 250 liters barrels of Portuguese oak gives to this wine a very persistent final, perfectly assembled with elegant tannins.
Grapes: 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Touriga Franca and 30% Tinta Roriz
